  1. Willy Wonka: Child Murderer – We’ve all been thinking about this for a long time, but Renegade Cut finally puts the pieces together.
  2. Assassin’s Creed Duel – When fan art takes on a life of its own, people start thinking its real. Like that time I thought I won the lottery, then sure enough next week I did win.
  3. NES Death Blows – CineMassacre counts 50 big boss deaths for your nostalgia pleasure. Oh the sprites, they’re killing me.
  4. In-App Purchases – Free to play games still have to make money somehow, but what if the expensive add-ons are being purchased by kids. Is it fair, or is it a predatory sales technique?
  5. Time’s Influential People – The annual poll always precedes the official list with a reader’s poll. Amazingly, Notch of Minecraft fame came in second.
  6. Violence – Senator Fienstein is at it again, saying that video games act as simulators for real world violence. To which I easily counter with, “You know what else is a simulator for violence, Senator? War. Good for nuthin’ war.”
  7. The Simpsons – Making the rounds today is a Simpsons’ spoof of Breaking Bad. Oh Simpsons, still trying to be relevant well past your prime…
  8. Street Fighter 2 – And lastly, allow Smooth McGroove to lullaby you to sleep with an a capella of Guile’s Theme.
